Legal basis and data

The basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, performance of the contract. We process name, contact details, service address and the information you provide about the space.

Recipients and retention

Forms are hosted by Jobber and the website by Hostinger, acting as technology providers. We do not sell data. Uncontracted requests are kept for up to one year; client data is kept for the relationship and legal periods.

Rights and cookies

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability by writing to hola@manitasnow.com, or complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not use our own advertising cookies; any analytics will only run with consent.
